LaDe Consulting & Management is a subsidiary of C.A.R.E., and is a certified and licensed travel agency for our role in AgroTourism. Our efforts in AgroTourism links agriculture and tourism to attract BIPOC communities to the importance of spirituality, sustainability, and sovereignty around the world. We cover international and domestic travel, lodging and events that highlight eco-friendly farm stays, AgroTours, and wellness experiences. Participation in C.A.R.E. Wellness Exchange Programs are reserved for BIPOC college students ages 18-25 who wish to learn more about AgroTourism while volunteering on organic farms abroad. However, bookings are open and available to anyone interested in supporting C.A.R.E. causes. Commissions from our travel bookings go towards the costs of future wellness program participants.

Who is the Winter Exchange Program for?
We organize two 4-week programs each Winter designed for BIPOC college students aged 18-25 interested in AgroTourism, sustainability, and personal growth. Through university exchange programs or CBO/NGO contracts, C.A.R.E. will chaperone your small group of students to wellness centers and organic farms abroad while facilitating components of the C.A.R.E. Benefits of Travel with C.A.R.E.
Travel abroad with a small group of like-minded individuals and led by an experienced chaperone.
Earn credits in Permaculture/Agriculture and/or employable skills by volunteering on an eco-friendly farm.
Participate in C.A.R.E. Wellness Program components including: Healing Circles, Self-Advocacy Training, and Nature Therapy.
Enjoy cultural exchange with locals and fellow world travelers during shared meals, weekend excursions, and fitness activities.
Earn stipends based on experience (details upon inquiry).
Have the option to pay out of pocket for a fully-customizable trip, or be eligible for sponsorship. All booking commissions are donated to C.A.R.E. causes.
