Meet the C.A.R.E. Team

Our programs are facilitated by a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) of inspiring experts who do what they do because they love it.

  • Dedicated mother, passionate Love Activist, fierce spiritual guide, and compassionate peer counselor, I Founded C.A.R.E. in 2020 to protest the -isms that pollute our communities, and encourage people of color to cultivate their own spiritual rehabilitation and self-mastery. With a diverse professional background in customer service, business administration, special projects, event coordination, and world travel, I’m an innovator, analyst, and INTJ personality committed to supporting children, youth, and vulnerable adults in achieving their fullest potential and reaching self-actualization.

  • Founder/Chair/CEO

Dedicated mother, passionate Love Activist, fierce spiritual guide, and compassionate peer counselor, DeeDee founded C.A.R.E. in 2020 to protest the -isms that pollute our communities, and encourage people of color to cultivate their own spiritual rehabilitation and self-mastery. With a diverse professional background in customer service, business administration, special projects, event coordination, and world travel, DeeDee is an innovator, strategist, and INTJ personality committed to supporting children, youth, and vulnerable adults in achieving their fullest potential and reaching self-actualization.

As the Chair Board Member to the organization, her goal is to spearhead development for the C.A.R.E. mission to ensure the wellness center achieves its vision, addressing root-causes of trauma, while keeping unconditional love as a guiding star.

  • Treasurer

Since 2019, I have assisted more than two dozen individuals in obtaining nonprofit status for their organizations. Each of these founders had worthwhile objectives for their organization, which is why I would assist them. However, only two of these demonstrated enough passion for me to be willing to be a volunteer, with one being the Christlike Agro-Tourism for Racial Equality (C.A.R.E) organization. The unique initiative taken by L. DeeDee Anderson to assist the less fortunate through a “healing circle” providing “self-advocacy training” and “individual counseling” and racial socialization” demonstrated that she has not just the passion but the drive to be effective in helping her community not just survive but also to thrive. That determination helped me decide to be part of her mission and contribute as much as possible, even at a distance. It is an honor to be a part of this worthwhile organization.

  • Secretary

I am driven by building new businesses and by solving complex real-world problems through technology and innovation. Having specialized for over 5 years in software development, I have gained skills in software development, project management, networking, cybersecurity, and forensics.

These skills have helped me design a solution that helps bridge the gap of healthcare in my country, Nigeria; directly addressing unaffordable healthcare and lack of jobs.

As the Secretary Board Member of the organization, my aim is to work towards the mission and vision of C.A.R.E. and change the lives of others through making significant positive impact.
